Estimates and Quotes:
We provide estimates upon request. Quotes are approximate and may change based on actual conditions, such as vehicle condition, distance, accessibility, or additional requirements.
Fees:
You agree to pay the fees for the services provided. Additional charges may apply for special circumstances, such as difficult access, extended delays, or heavy recovery.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. If payment is not made when due, additional charges or interest may apply.
Insurance/Third-Party Claims:
If you plan to claim the cost through insurance, we will provide the necessary documentation and receipts. However, payment to us remains your responsibility unless directly accepted by the insurer in advance.
General Liability:
DM Towing carries liability insurance, and our operators are trained and certified. However, you agree that we are not liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, revenue, or profits, arising from the service, even if advised of such possibilities
Vehicle Damage:
While we take all reasonable precautions, towing and recovery inherently carry risks. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, undisclosed issues, or hazards we could not reasonably detect.
Damage Claims:
If damage occurs, you must notify us immediately. We may require photographic evidence or inspection to assess claims. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
